Nightshade AI provides AI product photography and ad creative production for D2C brands. The current core offer is the Nightshade Ad Creative Sprint: 15 finished Facebook and Instagram ad creatives across 3 creative angles.

Client Materials

You are responsible for providing product photos, brand assets, product claims, and direction that you have the right to use. You confirm that submitted materials do not violate third-party rights.

Usage Rights

Unless agreed otherwise, delivered creative assets include commercial usage rights for your brand's ads, website, email, and organic social channels.

Advertising Responsibility

Nightshade AI creates creative assets, not legal, medical, or advertising-compliance advice. You are responsible for checking claims, disclosures, platform policies, and regulatory requirements before running ads.
